BackOps

The back office, handled.

BackOps runs the work behind the counter, in the stockroom, and on the books, so the people up front can do their jobs.

Ecosystem

One brand. Every operation behind it.

BackOps is the operating layer for a group of businesses. Each one runs on the same rule: if it matters, it gets logged, checked, and followed up.

The flagship

The Dispensary Dashboard

Twenty-four flows. One screen. Built for multi-store operators who are tired of finding problems a week late.

The dashboard pulls together the things a store manager usually tracks across sheets, group chats, and memory: counts, drop-offs, cash, schedules, supplies, and errors. Each flow does one job. It shows what came in, what's missing, and what doesn't add up, and it keeps the item open until someone closes it.

Every entry checked.Missing counts and missing photos get flagged.
Every issue tracked.Open items show how long they've been open.
Every store side by side.Same flows, same standards, every location.

01

Capture.

Staff log counts, photos, drop-offs, and notes from the floor as part of the shift.

02

Check.

BackOps compares each entry against what should be there and flags gaps.

03

Close.

Flags go to the right person, and they stay open until they're resolved.

The flows

Twenty-four flows. One screen.

Every flow comes from a real problem on the floor. We roll them out one at a time and only move on when the last one runs clean.

Inventory & counts

Know what's on the shelf, what's in the back, and what's on the way.

07Live

Shift flower counts with photo verification

Four counts a day per store, each paired with a photo. Missing counts get flagged, and so do back-to-back counts that don't reconcile.

01Coming soon

Drop-off sheets and delivery tracking

Low-stock drop-off sheets are generated automatically, and deliveries are confirmed against them. You can see what was delivered and what was missed.

02Coming soon

Pull-and-pack lag tracking

Tracks items that need packaging and shows whether they were made on time or fell behind.

03Coming soon

Reserve-to-back-stock handoff

Follows stock from reserve to back stock to the store. It flags anything that wasn't logged and is sitting where no one can see it.

05Coming soon

Local vendor replenishment

Low-stock items from outside vendors are grouped into one purchase list per vendor.

10Coming soon

Saturday full counts

Weekly full counts tracked from start to resolved, with a running log of discrepancies, who fixed them, and the trend over time.

11Coming soon

Daily flower count graphs

Each store's morning and evening counts are charted over time so drift is easy to spot.

16Coming soon

Shrinkage detection

Compares what was sold with what actually left inventory and flags gaps with a dollar value.

Group 02 · 5 flows

Stores & staff

Shifts covered, stores ready, people trained.

08Coming soon

Scheduling and timekeeping

Compares the schedule with actual clock-ins per store and flags late arrivals, early exits, and missed clock-outs. Schedule change requests are logged.

13Coming soon

Photo checklists

Opening and mid-day tasks are confirmed with a timestamped photo, from lights and signage to clean doors and windows.

14Coming soon

Supplies and reorders

Receipts and usage are tracked per item, and reorder points are estimated. Reorders are drafted for one-tap approval.

22Coming soon

Training completion

Tracks finished modules and overdue items for each person, and confirms sign-off before anyone works a solo shift.

26Coming soon

Hiring pipeline

Shows open roles, candidate status, interview stages, and time-to-hire for each position.

Group 03 · 4 flows

Money

Every dollar counted, every deposit matched.

04Coming soon

Store-side entry and cash collection

Confirms each drop-off is entered correctly at the store (no extra zeros) and that drivers collect cash drops.

12Coming soon

Sales by store, category, and tier

Daily and weekly sales per store, including transactions, average ticket, top sellers, and category and tier breakdowns.

15Coming soon

Cash handling

Tracks daily safe counts, over/short entries with a reason, and tip reconciliation.

25Coming soon

Bank deposits

A read-only bank connection checks each store's daily deposit against what was expected and flags short deposits.

Group 04 · 3 flows

Customers & reputation

Hear about problems fast, and know what's bringing people in.

09Coming soon

Review alerts

New negative reviews trigger an alert within minutes, so the store can respond quickly. Rating trends are tracked by location.

17Coming soon

Customer intake by source

Counts new and returning visits each day and shows how new customers found the store (referral, search, flyer, signage, or drive-by).

18Coming soon

Promo tracking

Tracks which deals are running, how often they're redeemed, and the revenue change while they run.

Group 05 · 2 flows

Security & equipment

Know when something breaks, and keep a record of what happened.

19Coming soon

Equipment health

Flags it right away when a camera goes offline or a register terminal goes down, so it gets fixed before it becomes a problem.

23Coming soon

Security incident log

A timestamped, categorized record of incidents, from attempted break-ins to disputes and near-misses.

Group 06 · 2 flows

Knowledge & systems

Fix errors once. Write down what keeps happening.

06Coming soon

POS error loop

Scans for entry errors and reports them to the manager. Once the manager responds, the fix is applied, and every open ticket shows how long it has been waiting.

24Coming soon

Shift journal

A shared, searchable daily log any shift can add to, tagged by store and shift. Issues that keep coming up are flagged as SOP candidates.

Rollout

One flow at a time. Clean before we move on.

We don't switch on 24 things at once. Each flow starts at one store and runs until it's clean for two straight weeks. Only then do we roll it to the next store or start the next flow.

Phase one · now

Shift flower counts

Shift flower counts with photo verification, live at the first store.

Next

The next stores

Expand to the remaining stores once the first store has two clean weeks.

After that

The next flow

Turn on the next flow, using the same standard.
